Our service mission
Weathersby’s Livingston County Custodial Services has a single mission: Complete Customer Satisfaction! We strongly believe in giving our customers the most for their money. We have consistently focused on the needs of our customers, providing personalized attention and a stress-free experience. Based out of Pontiac, IL we service surrounding communities. WLCCS provides a total customer-centered experience. We offer options from a one-time special occasion cleaning to an ongoing customized cleaning program.

Our History
WLCCS is owned and operated by Oscar and Eileen Weathersby. Their long and varied careers have brought them to the Livingston County area where they felt there was a need for a professional and complete cleaning service for homes and commercial properties. Eileen retired from the banking industry after 29 years of service. Oscar has worked in both administration and upper level management positions for most of his life. Before opening WLCCS, he worked in the restaurant industry, and then as a custodial contract manager for nationwide manufacturing companies. Some of the facilities he was responsible for exceeded 480,000 square feet and at times included 2 full service locker rooms, 18 other large bathrooms, and a cafeteria.
Oscar and Eileen have enjoyed over 50 years of marriage, have three children, 10 grandchildren, and two great grandchildren. For the past ten years they have resided on the outskirts of Odell. Oscar served his country in Korea and Germany and in 1969 was honorably discharged. Oscar and Eileen are members of the Chamber of Commerce, the Greater Livingston County Economic Development Council, and other community organizations.
